Thanks for sending items to us for MailTime! We really appreciate it. Without you sending us stuff this wouldn't be possible. We want to be very transparent about how we run MailTime so please read and agree to the following before sending us anything.

Mailtime Rules & Disclosures

Please DO NOT:

  1. Send anything you want back. MailTime items WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
  2. Expect that your item(s) will for sure be shown on video. We will only show items that we think will work well for the video or livestream.  
  3. Send any pranks. All items will be pre-screened before being shown on camera.
  4. Send anything that could be seen as NSFW (not safe for work).
  5. Send anything that is alive.
  6. Send anything you want back. MailTime items WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
  7. Expect to be reimbursed for anything.
  8. Violate any shipping rules or regulations.

Please DO:

  1. Send a note about your item. Photos are also great.
  2. Send items that you think will be good for us to make a YouTube video about.
  3. Send snacks. We love food! It's even better if you send gluten free snacks.
  4. Send items with the understanding that they will not be sent back.
  5. Have fun with it. We want this to be interesting and entertaining.
  6. Follow all shipping rules and regulations.

While we hope to be able to showcase your items in our MailTime episodes and feature them in videos, please understand that we will only show items that we feel work well for our videos and livestreams. Any use of items in any videos and livestreams is at our sole discretion. Even if we choose not to show your item, please know that we do appreciate you and your time sending it to us.

Any items that we don't use will be either given away to someone else, sold, used at the office, or recycled at our discretion. By sending your items to the address below you're agreeing to the above terms.
