How do you know if you need your HDMI port replaced? When you plug in your console and power it on the blue pulsing light goes to white, but there is nothing showing on your TV screen. This is one of the most common symptoms. Most of the time you can even see the pins on the HDMI port that have been pushed back so they are not making connection with the HDMI cable anymore. The only fix for this is removing the old port and installing a new HDMI port.

We will professionally repair your HDMI port and offer you a 6 month warranty.
We use brand new upgraded HDMI ports that will last much longer than the factory HDMI ports. We have replaced thousands of these ports and can replace yours quickly and accurately.  As part of this repair service we will remove the old crusty thermal paste and install fresh, new, quality thermal paste. We use professional tools and equipment and we have the experience to do the job right (We've fixed literally thousands of PS4's). That's why we can offer a warranty with our work. If we can't fix it, we won't charge you!

A Word About PS4 HDMI Port Problems

More Information about our HDMI port fix

Here are a few things to keep in mind with this repair:
  • This repair (as with all of our repairs) will void the manufacturers warranty.
  • Please send us the console only. No cords or controllers are needed.
  • We recommend wrapping your console in bubble wrap and using a 14x14x6 (approx) to ship your console to us. You can also use a medium flat rate box from the USPS...just be sure to pack it really well (especially the corners) as we have had some cracked cases with USPS shipping.
  • Contact us for volume pricing for this (or any other of our services).

How to ship your console?

If you've purchased your repair then you're ready to get it shipped out to us.

  1. Package your device carefully (pad it carefully with bubble wrap...especially the corners) and put it in a box. We recommend a 14x14x6 or similar sized shipping box for most game consoles. Handheld consoles like the Nintendo 3DS or Switch ship well in a Small Flat Rate box from the Post Office.
  2. Include your order confirmation OR name, return address and phone number inside the box - this lets us know whose it is when it gets here.
  3. Put our address on the box.  Take it to your local shipping company. We use UPS but you can you whatever service you like. Please be sure to pad your console (especially the corners) extra well...we have received damaged consoles from not enough padding.
Our Address:
181 S. Columbia St
Milton Freewater, OR 97862
*Please note, we do not ship back to Military addresses (We've had too many broken consoles.)
*Please note: We use UPS Ground shipping and do not require a signature when delivered. If you would like signature confirmation please let us know.
